Most Creative Haven projects fall between $2,500 and $25,000 depending on crew size, shoot days and how many finished deliverables you need. A product video starts at $2500. A full brand shoot producing a hero video plus social cutdowns typically runs $10,000 or more. We price every project from actual production cost, not a rate card.
What kinds of video does Creative Haven produce?
We produce brand identity videos, product and explainer videos, ads and commercials, customer story and testimonial videos, executive and employer brand content, social media content, livestreams, and AI video with custom avatars. We also handle product, lifestyle and social photography, scriptwriting and brand design.
What industries do you work with?
Creative Haven works most often with consumer packaged goods and food and beverage brands, real estate and mortgage companies, professional services firms, and technology companies. Our food and beverage roster covers more than forty brands.
How long does a video project take?
A single-day shoot with a small set of deliverables usually takes two to three weeks from kickoff to final files. Larger campaigns with multiple shoot days run four to six weeks. Editing-only projects, where you supply the footage, are typically delivered within 48 hours of receiving footage for the first cut and one to two weeks to finalize deliverables.
Do you work outside of Austin?
Yes. Creative Haven is based in Austin, Texas and shoots throughout Texas as a matter of course. We also produce work nationally, either by traveling or by using vetted local crew in the market where you need to shoot.
Do you use AI to make videos?
Where it genuinely helps. We use AI for generated scenes, custom avatars and multilingual versions of a script, and we combine it with real footage and human editing. We do not use AI to fake a product or misrepresent what something looks like. Which approach fits is a conversation we have before the project starts.
What do I need to provide to get started?
For a full production, just the goal and the audience — we handle concept, script, crew and delivery. For editing-only work, we need your raw footage organized in one place and a short brief covering what each cut should do.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the project, the timeline and roughly what you want to spend through the contact page. We come back with a written scope and a fixed price. We do not quote a number before we understand what the shoot actually requires.
